Shipping

Boobooly.com uses Canada Post parcel delivery to ship all products to the United States. We will email you once payment is received to let you know when your order will be shipped. Normally your item will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed and the payment received. Shipping times tend to be between 6 to 12 business days.

Shipping rates to the US are as follows:

Shipping rates are subject to change as market conditions dictate. Special requests may be accommodated. Please contact us through our contact page and let us know of your preferences prior to placing an order.

For orders outside the Unites States, please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping rates. We will respond via email of the shipping costs to your country of residence and any limitations. Payments for any additional shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer through PayPal. We reserve the right to not ship outside of the United States and any such order received without our prior agreement will be canceled and payment refunded through PayPal.

At this time we are only accepting payments via PayPal. Our shopping cart is directly linked to PayPal. Click on the View Cart link at the bottom of this page and select "Checkout" to complete your order. Your order will be confirmed and subsequently shipped once notification of payment is received.

Please note that all personal information supplied by our customers as part of the payment process is entered on PayPal's secure website. Boobooly.com does not collect or store any such information.

Customs and Duties

Shipments to the US may incur customs and/or duty charges. Boobooly.com is not responsible for any customs/duty charges or for any delays due to customs clearance.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all new, unused products and unopened items in original packaging. Shipping costs whether actual or tiered are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless your order has not yet been shipped. You must contact us prior to returning the item to receive the refund. All items are insured with Canada Post and in cases where an item is lost or damaged in transit, an insurance claim will be filed.
